Membership card must be submitted to use C2O facilities. Membership is valid for 12 months and is not transferable. Please inform C2O if you lose your card.

Membership application
Application form can be picked up in person from our information desk. Please fill in the form and also submit:
- a photocopy of your valid ID (KTP, SIM, KTM or kartu pelajar)
- a 2×3 photo
- registration fee (Rp. 50.000) for member A, plus an additional Rp.50.000-deposit for member B
